Warranted as a Contracting Officer by Federal Government to fulfill purchase requirements of the Nuclear Powered Submarine Fleet at U.S. Naval Submarine Base, Groton, CT from June 91 thru July 94.

Video Production Manager, Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, Groton, CT (1989-1994). Responsible for shooting, editing, sound mixing and post production of a one hour prime-time weekly telecast on three cable networks. Also responsible for supervision and training of a 14 person video crew.

Retired U.S. Naval Nuclear Powered Submarine Force, (1965-1989). Served as departmental administrator, workforce supervisor, instructor, chef and nutritionist . Held secret clearance for over 22 years.
