Get a DHCP IP address on eth0 from your broadband provider
Serve DHCP on your internal eth1 interface (and DMZ optionally)
Run DNS (BIND) or caching DNS for your internal network
Run SSH internally so that your administrator(s) can internally administer the firewall
Set up any port forwarding and DMZ services
Possibly run other internal services to assist in monitoring the firewall traffic (ntop, thttpd)
