Configuring Your Firewall

• Finish Menu Config:

  • LoginPW
    • Change the default blank login password
    • This is the firewall's root password that you will be asked for whenever logging into the system from console or via SSH as root.
  • Config
    • !!Critical!! The config option allows you to save all your changes out to the configuration floppy
    • When asked if you still want to save, press y.
    • It will take a minute or two
  • Exit out of the configuration screen
